Managing Director

Ameet Jeraj

The founding partner and Managing Director of the Infinity Group.

With close to 20 years of pharmacy experience under his leadership the company has expanded to being Priceline’s largest franchisee in Australia.

AJ is an astute and commercial professional who specialises in business development, stakeholder management, strategic negotiations and entrepreneurial initiatives. He continues to play an active role in the pharmacies within the group. He is keenly aware of the generational impact of his actions and influence within our local communities, not only to his customers and team but on their families and their futures. This attitude is reflected in his genuine care and support for every staff member and their work/life ambitions.

AJ’s family is clearly at the heart of everything he does and believes his success has been attributed to his beautiful wife and 2 delightful young children. Also a “mad” cricketer, AJ enjoys both watching and playing his favourite sport, often practising in the hallways of the office – safely of course.

AJ is an innovative Director always proactively challenging the status quo and finding new ways to ensure a profitable and high performing business, that has the ability to give back in meaningful ways both environmentally and socially. His mantra of “just make it happen” has not only ensured the successful outcomes of the business but will continue to drive and engage the team.

Aaron Beckinsale

Aaron is business professional with over 20 years experience in finance, business development, change management, strategy and general management.

Aaron has worked in variety of roles and his management experience includes  includes business re-structuring, acquisition and strategy development. He has a strong track record when it comes to identifying opportunity, developing teams and managing cultural change

Aaron leads from the front, he engages with a charismatic style and is hands on with all levels of the organisations he has been involved with. Over the years his trademark has been building an inclusive and performance focused culture and teams that have delivered consistent growth.

When not working Aaron enjoys challenging himself with long distance triathlons and trail running and spending time with his wife and two children .

Director

Garima Singh

Garima was responsible for the conversion and operation of the group’s first Priceline Pharmacy in Rochedale.

She is driven by the idea that all of us can always do things better to make a positive difference in other people’s lives. She believes in always doing the right thing, applying her communication skills, adaptability, reliability, and integrity while keeping an eye on the big picture.

Garima says her two young girls and dog always keep her on her toes! An avid reader, Garima also loves following most sports – especially the Brisbane Lions, New Zealand All Blacks and the Indian cricket team.

Garima continues to work hands on as a pharmacist in her pharmacies dealing and dispensing directly to customers, thus, she has a keen interest in and valuable contributions to developing retail and marketing omnichannel strategies.

Jitesh Petal

Jitesh is a pharmacist with over 15 years of experience in retail pharmacy operations. Jitesh has a passion for working with doctors and other allied health professionals to provide improved patient wellbeing and outcomes.

Jitesh has a positive and enthusiastic attitude with a down to earth leadership style. Jitesh enjoys being a mentor and uses this knowledge of working in busy pharmacies to develop staff and support their career growth and personal success

When Jitesh is not working, he enjoys hiking, walking his dog, or indulging his love for visiting new places with his wife and two children. An adventurous traveller, Jitesh has visited 17 countries and counting.

Foad Salehi

Foad studied Bachelor of Pharmacy as he has a passion to serve his community and family by helping to improve their health and wellbeing for current and future generations. Foad is a caring and passionate leader who enjoys helping staff and peers to realise their potential and succeed.

Foad has worked in a variety of roles including in retail pharmacy, wholesale sales, general management, IT systems and capital works. He has a proven track record of using these skills to create value for the businesses and his partners.

Foad enjoys spending time with his wife, two children and family. He has a passion for cricket and rugby and enjoys supporting New Zealand.

Manj Singh

Manj is dynamic pharmacist with experience in dispensary management and operations, aged care services and dose administration packing services. Manj is the current Pharmacy Guild branch committee member for Wide Bay Burnett.

Manj has a collaborative leadership style and as the GM of Victoria  this allows him to actively engage with all levels of the Victorian businesses. He relishes mentoring and working with employees to improve their knowledge and capabilities leading the improved job satisfaction.

In his spare time, Manj enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and daughter and supporting Liverpool Football Club. He also enjoys travelling and has visited every continent on the planet.

Operations Director in WA

Laleh Salehi

Laleh is our Operations Director in WA who has built a strong and rewarding career throughout the Infinity Group. Commencing as a pharmacy student and completing her studies at the University of Otago New Zealand Laleh then made the move to Australia to complete her internship. She then joined the Infinity Group as a junior pharmacist at our Priceline Morayfield store but showed such potential that she was quickly promoted to the Pharmacy Manager role. Over the next few years, the pharmacy grew rapidly and another full time pharmacist was appointed. Laleh managed our Morayfield store for over 5 years where it went from strength to strength.  She then took a short career break over in the UK but then returned to Australia where she worked side by side with Vin, one of our current Directors.

Following this Laleh was promoted into her current head office role where she is making a significant impact supporting our pharmacies in Western Australia and providing them with day to day operational support. Laleh has always had aspirations to work as a health professional where she can provide exceptional care to her customers and be heavily involved in the wellbeing of her community. Laleh’s caring nature, attention to detail, focus and warm approach to her role, fellow colleagues, customers and patients truly sets her apart as one of our most highly regarded pharmacists.

Milan has been a pharmacist for more than 10 years and he strongly believes that healthcare is about people helping people and enjoys seeing patients respond positively and open up about their concerns when empathy and care is offered.

Milan has a passion in dispensary, and he is driven to improve patient health outcomes through educating and upskilling pharmacists and other team members. Milan leads from the front and has a down to earth and approachable management style inspired by Brendon Burchard, Jay Shetty, and Kerwin Rae.

When not at work Milan and his wife and daughter enjoy trips to the beach, spending time outdoors and watching rugby.

Naleen Narayan

Naleen is a retail pharmacy pharmacist with more than 20 years’ experience in merchandising, retail operations, inventory systems and general management and continues to be passionate about health and wellbeing. 

Naleen has a collaborative management style and is hands on across all levels of the businesses. He has worked in a wide variety of pharmacy retail brand and franchise systems and he uses management experience to develop inventory and profitability strategies that increase value for all stakeholders.

Naleen lives on the Gold Coast with his wife and two sons where he enjoys swimming, going to the gym, and watching sports.

Vinit Kewal

Vinit is a pharmacy professional with over 20 years experience in community pharmacy, dispensary operations, retailing and general management.

Vinit has worked across a wide variety of pharmacy brands and franchise systems in regional and metropolitan locations. He has a strong track record of developing teams and people and Vinit has a passion for helping people to realise their full potential and living their best lives.

Vinit lives in Northern NSW  and when not working he spends time with his beautiful wife and two children. In his spare time he enjoys reading and supporting Liverpool Football club

Vikesh Kumar

Vikesh has over 10 years experience in operational, strategic management and leadership roles. He is passionate about retail and the healthcare sector, especially community pharmacy. Vikesh is passionate about lifelong learning, and has the philosophy that mistakes are curves to be learnt.

Vikesh’s trademark is his “can-do” attitude along with his strong problem solving and people skills help him to get the best from his team. He readily applies his knowledge and skills to help develop Infinity Group’s leaders to ensure an exceptional customer experience

In his spare time Vikesh enjoys spending time with his wife and son. He also enjoys reading, travelling and spending time outdoors.

Shelley Billing

Shelley loves assisting our stores with their daily operations, continually learning about new innovations and products, and working as a team to ensure Infinity Pharmacies have the support and guidance they need.

She is interested in all aspects of community pharmacies, including customer relations, health and wellbeing, skincare, first aid, and natural medicine.

In her spare time Shelley loves spending time with her family, being outdoors and embracing the beautiful Queensland weather. You’ll usually find her out in the sunshine at the beach, swimming, gardening or relaxing with a with a good book.

General Manager – Finance

Daniel Dalais

Daniel is experienced finance leader and Chartered Accountant with a background in business performance improvement, complex financial analysis, stakeholder management and restructuring across a variety of industries. He spent over 10 years with a big four accounting firm before moving into commerce and joining the team at the Infinity Group.

Daniel’s interest in healthcare and community service began when he served as a volunteer flight co-ordinator for the Red Cross Flying Doctor Service in South Africa while at university. Having gone on to work in accounting and finance, Daniel loves being involved in the pharmacy sector because of its unique position in the healthcare space and its dynamic environment. He has a hands-on approach to leadership and problem solving, with a focus on creating a supportive team culture that encourages initiative, adaptability and continuous improvement.

Daniel graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance/Accounting) and was admitted as a Member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand in 2009.

When not at work or spending time with his two young children, Daniel enjoys trail running, hiking and reading.
