Milan has been a pharmacist for more than 10 years and he strongly believes that healthcare is about people helping people and enjoys seeing patients respond positively and open up about their concerns when empathy and care is offered
Milan has a passion in dispensary, and he is driven to improve patient health outcomes through educating and upskilling pharmacists and other team members. Milan leads from the front and has a down to earth and approachable management style inspired by Brendon Burchard, Jay Shetty, and Kerwin Rae.
When not at work Milan and his wife and daughter enjoy trips to the beach, spending time outdoors and watching rugby.
