Aaron is business professional with over 20 years experience in finance, business development, change management, strategy and general management.
Aaron has worked in variety of roles and his management experience includes includes business re-structuring, acquisition and strategy development. He has a strong track record when it comes to identifying opportunity, developing teams and managing cultural change
Aaron leads from the front, he engages with a charismatic style and is hands on with all levels of the organisations he has been involved with. Over the years his trademark has been building an inclusive and performance focused culture and teams that have delivered consistent growth.
When not working Aaron enjoys challenging himself with long distance triathlons and trail running and spending time with his wife and two children.
