Pharmacy Sale Status
Infinity Pharmacy Group of Companies (the “IPG Companies”) — All Administrators Appointed. Receivers and Managers Appointed.
On 27 July 2026, the Administrators executed 91 Business Sale Agreements with a network of 82 pharmacists (Purchasers) for the acquisition of all 91 Infinity Pharmacy Group pharmacies (Sale Process).
Each pharmacy transaction will complete separately, i.e. occur on different dates (Completion Date), once the necessary requirements have been satisfied. As a result, not all pharmacies will transition to new ownership at the same time.
The Administrators and Receivers and Managers will continue to operate the IPG pharmacies while the Sale Process is completed.
Important information for suppliers
There will be no change to existing trading arrangements until the respective Completion Date, including the approval process for purchase orders. Please continue supplying goods and services in accordance with your existing arrangements.
Following completion of the sale of a pharmacy, operational control will transfer to the relevant Purchaser.
